Important: By using the TVI Platform, you agree to these terms. The TVI calculation engine and methodology are proprietary to BoonMind Analytics.

1. Service Description

The TVI Platform ("Service") provides temporal validation analysis for cultural content, datasets, business methodologies, and investments using the proprietary Temporal Validation Index (TVI) framework.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and these terms. You may NOT:

Reverse engineer the TVI calculation engine, algorithms, or methodology
Extract or scrape datasets, calculation parameters, or proprietary weightings
Automate access beyond your account's API rate limits
Redistribute TVI scores or reports without attribution
Replicate the TVI framework for competing commercial services

3. Intellectual Property

The TVI calculation engine, including but not limited to:

Temporal Validation Index (TVI) formula and variations (TDIS, TVI-B, ISPS)
Era-based Structural Resistance Coefficients (SRC)
Domain-specific saturation indices (CSI, DSI, BSI, MSI)
Temporal Validation Score (TVS) methodology
Classification thresholds and interpretive frameworks

5. Sample Reports

Sample TVI reports provided for download are demonstration outputs generated by the TVI framework. They show the format, depth, and analytical structure of TVI reports.

Custom TVI reports commissioned through Pro or Enterprise plans include live data ingestion, competitive sets, scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and domain-specific tuning not present in samples.

Sample reports are provided for demonstration and evaluation purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or business advice.

6. API Usage

API access requires a valid API key. Rate limits apply:

Free: 100 calls/day
Pro: 1,000 calls/day
Enterprise: Custom limits

Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary suspension. Systematic abuse results in permanent termination.

7. Data & Privacy

We store:

Account information (email, name, company)
Calculation inputs and outputs
Usage logs (for rate limiting and analytics)
Payment information (processed by Stripe, not stored by us)

8. No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TVI scores are analytical tools, not guarantees. We do not warrant:

Accuracy of TVI scores for any specific decision
Fitness for any particular purpose
Uninterrupted or error-free service

9. Limitation of Liability

BoonMind Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to investment losses, business decisions, or data breaches.

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including but not limited to:

Reverse engineering attempts
Automated scraping or abuse
Fraudulent payment information
Violation of intellectual property protections

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
